Our Mission Process
At Impacto Mundial, we believe missions is a journey—one that begins with a calling and continues with preparation, support, and action. Our mission process is built on four key pillars that guide everything we do: Mobilization, Training, Care, and Sending.
Mobilization
The goal of missionary mobilization is to help Christians see that the Great Commission given by Jesus—to go and make disciples of all nations—is possible for each one of us.
We support the church through:
• Missionary conferences
• Exploratory trips
• Mobilizer seminars
• Camps
• Ethnic group presentations
This helps keep the congregation focused on God’s mission by raising awareness of opportunities to serve.

Training
We support the church through:
• Courses and workshops for workers, pastors, professionals, leaders, teachers, and mobilizers
• Hands-on experience in training missionary candidates
Missionary Training Center
We accompany and mentor Impacto Mundial candidates and missionaries, along with their Integral Care Teams (ECIM), ensuring healthy sending processes.

Care
We accompany and mentor Impacto Mundial candidates and missionaries along with their Integral Care Teams (ECIM), ensuring healthy sending processes.
We encourage sending churches to provide Integral Care Teams for their missionaries that are sustainable and long-lasting.
We promote missionary self-care as a vital part of their development and ongoing well-being.
Sending
We accompany and mentor Impacto Mundial candidates and missionaries, together with their Integral Care Teams (ECIM), ensuring they are sent in a healthy and supported way.
We encourage sending churches to be actively involved in the process, providing spiritual, emotional, and logistical backing so that each missionary is sustained throughout their journey.
We believe that sending is not the end—it's the continuation of a shared mission between the church and the missionary.
