Our Mission Process

We believe missions is a journey—one that begins with a calling, affirmed by the local church, and continues with preparation, support, and action. Our mission process is built on four key pillars that guide everything we do: Mobilization, Training, Care, and Sending.

Mobilization

Missionary mobilization helps believers understand that the Great Commission—to go and make disciples of all nations—is a call for all of us, not just a few. We serve the local church through conferences, exploratory trips, seminars, camps, and presentations on unreached people groups. Each effort is meant to awaken hearts, stir awareness, and keep the church focused on God’s global mission.

Training

We serve the local church through courses and workshops for pastors, leaders, professionals, and mobilizers—paired with practical, hands-on training for missionary candidates. Mentorship is central to our process as we walk alongside candidates and their churches to ensure healthy, sustainable sending. We also equip churches to care for their missionaries and promote self-care as essential to long-term ministry.

Care

We walk alongside Impacto Mundial candidates and missionaries, mentoring them and their Wholistic Care Teams (ECIM) to ensure healthy, sustainable sending. We also equip churches to provide long-term care for their missionaries and promote self-care as an essential part of every missionary’s growth and well-being.

Sending

We accompany and mentor Impacto Mundial candidates and missionaries, together with their Integral Care Teams (ECIM), to ensure they are sent in a healthy and supported way. We encourage sending churches to take an active role—offering spiritual, emotional, and logistical support so missionaries are sustained throughout their journey. Sending is not the end, but the continuation of a shared mission between the church and the missionary.
